We hope you and your family have a great holiday season and a happy new year!

The economy is still adversely affecting the timeshare industry. Therefore people are travelling much less and much closer to home. We have not accepted any new customers since January, although we have received requests to do so. We are, however, advertising for existing customers. As a professional courtesy, we are trying to advertise for some customers whose contracts for advertising services have already expired, but as time goes on, these will eventually be removed from our service category.

If you have questions about our services, you can visit our advertising link above to see some of the methods and places we have advertised. This is not a complete list. Also please read all the terms and conditions of your customer agreement and on the web site as well so you understand very clearly what our service entails.

We can change and add or delete certain things to your ad in some cases.

 

Before you sign any documents, please read your timeshare customer agreement carefully. Only timeshare relief companies who may take over or transfer your timeshare can give you any type of guarantee of sale. Even with these, you have to be very careful of guarantees or promises. Licensed title companies would be the way to go and you must request and receive a copy of the recorded deed. We are not here to dispense legal advice, so if you need to be sure, please refer to experienced and knowledgeable attorneys in the areas of timeshares. You can also go to a licensed title company with experience in timeshare closings as well.

Anyone can say anything over the phone, so when you do get solicitors' phone calls, make sure you get  a license number for the company and the individual. You can check with the Florida Division of Consumer Affairs in Florida and in most states to check the number against the company and individual to see if there is a match.

Remember again, as it says on our web site and on your customer agreement, we are not Real estate Brokers, we cannot negotiate or buy or sell property and we absoutely are not legally allowed to accept commissions for doing so.

IF YOU EMAIL OR CALL US WITH THE INFORMATION, WE WILL PASS THAT ON TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANY OF THESE PEOPLE. YOU MAY ALSO GET CALLS FROM PEOPLE WHO SAY THEY ARE WITH US AND YOUR TIMESHARE IS SOLD OR WE ARE BUYING YOUR TIMESHARE. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH US IN ANY WAY. AS WE ARE AN ADVERTISNG COMPANY YOU CAN ONLY NEGOTIATE WITH THE PROSPECTIVE BUYER OR RENTER. WE CAN, HOWEVER, REFER YOU TO  LEGITIMATE LICENSED TITLE COMPANIES WHO CAN ADVISE YOU, DO CLOSINGS AND PUT MONEY IN ESCROW FOR BOTH SALES AND RENTALS.

Beware of solicitations by companies and individuals who represent that they are part of ResortVP. If you are a customer, check with us prior to sending money to anyone else. In times of economic downturns, timeshares may suffer worse than average declines in price. Most timeshares are a depreciating item and very rarely are timeshares valued above their initial purchase price. Purchasers of advertising and promotional services are encouraged not to rely only on verbal representations by sales people. Purchasers are also encouraged to read carefully all disclosures and customer agreements prior to signing; and to understand the terms, conditions, limitations and warranties provided by such Agreements. Customers must provide correct information to Resort VP regarding ownership, terms, conditions and usage for better results via advertising and promotion. ResortVP will not be responsible nor refund monies for any advertising based on incorrect information supplied by owners to ResortVP. Fees required are for purposes of advertising. No upfront fees are required for closing or title expenses. Purchasers are advised not to send advance monies to any individuals or companies for closing or escrow fees or “security” fees of any kind

Pursuant to F.S. § 721.20(9)(a), the ratio of the number of timeshare interests for sale versus the number of timeshare interests sold by ResortVP is zero for each of the previous two calendar years. Because ResortVP is an Advertising Compoany and does not sell or rent or promise to sell or rent properties it does not as a normal routine obtain, track or keep records of sales resulting from its timeshare property advertising.
